APS for Loan Modifications and Mortgage Release

Every day, 24 hours a day.

Asset Management Network

Every day, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Loan modifications that close between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. ET will bridge to Investor Reporting the following night. Files are processed Monday through Saturday. No processing occurs Sunday. Due to SIR Loanfinder maintenance, HSSN Case creation will be unavailable from 8 p.m. to midnight ET on the second business day of each month.

Cash Remittance System

You may edit any draft requests until 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the business day preceding the effective draft date.

Collateral Underwriter

Every day, 24 hours a day, except from midnight to 4 a.m. ET the first and third Sundays each month due to maintenance.

Condo Project Manager

Every day, 24 hours a day, except from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. ET the first and third Sundays each month due to maintenance.

Credit Variance Administration System

Developer Portal ALERT:

To implement the Developer Portal 2.5 release, the Developer Portal will be unavailable in the following environments:

  • 10 p.m. ET Friday Nov. 20, until 10 a.m. Saturday Nov. 21, Loan Delivery will be unavailable.

Uniform Closing Dataset Collection Solution ALERT:

UCD Collection Solution will be unavailable from 9 p.m. ET on Friday, Oct. 30 until 8 a.m. ET on Saturday, Oct. 31 for system maintenance.

Uniform Collateral Data Portal ALERT:

There will be an extended maintenance period for the Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®) from 5 p.m. ET on Saturday, Oct. 31 until 8 a.m. ET on Sunday, Nov. 1. During this time, any new appraisal submissions to Fannie Mae will have a status of “In Progress” and will be processed automatically in UCDP when maintenance is complete. Contact your GSE account/integration team or the UCDP Support Center at 1-800-917-9291 with any questions.
