Every day, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Loan modifications that close between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. ET will bridge to Investor Reporting the following night. Files are processed Monday through Saturday. No processing occurs Sunday. Due to SIR Loanfinder maintenance, HSSN Case creation will be unavailable from 8 p.m. to midnight ET on the second business day of each month.

Cash Remittance System

You may edit any draft requests until 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the business day preceding the effective draft date.

Collateral Underwriter

Every day, 24 hours a day, except from midnight to 4 a.m. ET the first and third Sundays each month due to maintenance.

Condo Project Manager

Desktop Underwriter & Desktop Originator ALERT:

Collateral Underwriter® (CU®) will undergo scheduled maintenance on Friday, Sept. 17  from 9 p.m. ET to 11 p.m. ET.  All collateral applications and services, including appraisal waiver services, value rep and warrant relief messages, and CU messages in Desktop Underwriter® (DU)®, will be unavailable during the outage.

Desktop Underwriter® (DU®)/Desktop Originator® (DO®) is undergoing system maintenance from 1 a.m. to 7 a.m. ET on Sunday, Sept. 26, which may cause intermittent outages or delays.

Uniform Collateral Data Portal ALERT:

UCDP will be unavailable from 9 p.m. ET until 11 p.m. ET on Sept. 29 and from 9 p.m. ET on Oct. 5 until 1 a.m. on Oct. 6 due to scheduled maintenance. During this time, any new appraisal submissions to Fannie Mae will show the status “In Progress” and will be processed automatically in UCDP when maintenance is complete.
