Every day, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Loan modifications that close between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. ET will bridge to Investor Reporting the following night. Files are processed Monday through Saturday. No processing occurs Sunday. Due to SIR Loanfinder maintenance, HSSN Case creation will be unavailable from 8 p.m. to midnight ET on the second business day of each month.

Cash Remittance System

You may edit any draft requests until 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the business day preceding the effective draft date.

Collateral Underwriter

Every day, 24 hours a day, except from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. ET the first and third Sundays each month due to maintenance.

Loan Servicing Data Utility (LSDU)

Monday through Saturday. 
 
LAR 96 payment reporting, LAR 83 Rate & Payment Change, and Cash Position search features are available between 8:00 AM ET through 9:00 PM ET.  All other features are available 24 hours a day. 
 
Please note on the second business day of each month (the last day of the reporting cycle), the LAR File Upload functionality in LSDU is unavailable after 3:00 p.m. ET, and single LAR submissions will be accepted and processed until 6:00 p.m. ET.
