Every day, 24 hours a day.

Asset Management Network ALERT:

Due to system maintenance and implementations, AMN/HSSN and SMDU Case Management functionality will be unavailable from:

• 8 a.m. ET until 8 p.m. ET Saturday, June 12 
• 8 a.m. ET until 8 p.m. ET Saturday, June 19 

Every day, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Loan modifications that close between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. ET will bridge to Investor Reporting the following night. Files are processed Monday through Saturday. No processing occurs Sunday. Due to SIR Loanfinder maintenance, HSSN Case creation will be unavailable from 8 p.m. to midnight ET on the second business day of each month.

You may edit any draft requests until 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the business day preceding the effective draft date.

Collateral Underwriter ALERT:

Collateral Underwriter® (CU®) will experience intermittent outages between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET on Saturday, June 12, 2021 and again on Saturday, June 19 due to scheduled maintenance.

Friday, June 25, CU will also be unavailable due to a system update (CU Version 5.0) from 9 p.m. to midnight ET. Changes will include an improved user interface and message enhancements.

Collateral Underwriter® (CU®) will experience intermittent outages between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET on Saturday, June 12, 2021 and again on Saturday, June 19 due to scheduled maintenance. All collateral applications and services, including appraisal waiver services, value rep and warrant relief messages, and CU messages in Desktop Underwriter® (DU)®, will be unavailable during the intermittent outages.

Uniform Collateral Data Portal ALERT:

Collateral Underwriter® (CU®) will experience intermittent outages between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET on Saturday, June 12, 2021 and again on Saturday, June 19 due to scheduled maintenance. During the intermittent outages, any new appraisal submissions to Fannie Mae will show the status “In Progress” in UCDP and will be processed automatically when the outage is complete.
