APS for Loan Modifications and Mortgage Release

Every day, 24 hours a day.

Asset Management Network ALERT:

To accommodate the AMN/HSSN 26.0 Release, AMN and SMDU Case Management will be unavailable on Saturday, Feb. 22nd from 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. ET.

Every day, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Loan modifications that close between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. ET will bridge to Investor Reporting the following night. Files are processed Monday through Saturday. No processing occurs Sunday. Due to SIR Loanfinder maintenance, HSSN Case creation will be unavailable from 8 p.m. to midnight ET on the second business day of each month.

Cash Remittance System

You may edit any draft requests until 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the business day preceding the effective draft date.

Collateral Underwriter

Every day, 24 hours a day, except from midnight to 4 a.m. ET the first and third Sundays each month due to maintenance.

Condo Project Manager

Every day, 24 hours a day, except from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. ET the first and third Sundays each month due to maintenance.

Desktop Underwriter & Desktop Originator ALERT:

The DU validation service will be unavailable on Friday, Feb. 21 from 9:00 p.m. ET to midnight ET. Lenders should submit casefiles to DU to validate income, employment and or assets before or after this time.

EarlyCheck will be unavailable from 7 p.m. ET on Saturday, Feb. 22 until 8 a.m. ET on Sunday, Feb. 23. Loans submitted will not receive EarlyCheck results during this time. Users should submit loans once the outage has concluded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

To implement SMDU Version 7.31 the SMDU UI will be unavailable from 10 p.m. ET on Friday, February 21st until 12 p.m. ET on Saturday, February 22nd. Please do not submit any transactions during this timeframe as they will be rejected.
