eTransfers

The eTransfers application allows you to import and download servicing transfer requests (Form 629) for additions, updates, and deletions to loans.

Any servicer receiving approval for the transfer must transmit loan-level information for mortgage loan(s).

Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.
