A single portal for streamlined submission of appraisal reports

The Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®) is a single portal for the submission of appraisal report data files to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the GSEs). It provides a consistent, standardized way to submit appraisal report data that meets the GSE requirements, including use of the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD), before loan delivery.

To use UCDP, your company must first be set up for this application by Fannie Mae.
