UAD 3.6 Policy Exception Period
The GSEs are offering a UAD 3.6 policy exception for lenders that need additional time to complete their transition. This does not change the appraiser’s responsibility to adopt UAD 3.6; it may only affect which UAD format a lender requests during the transition period.
The Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®) is a single portal for the submission of appraisal report data files to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the GSEs). It provides a consistent, standardized way to submit appraisal report data that meets the GSE requirements, including use of the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD), before loan delivery.

Access
To use UCDP, your company must first be set up for this application by Fannie Mae.
Create a new UCDP account:

- Appraisal Management Company (Lender Agent) Registration
Manage Existing UCDP Account:
- Your Corporate Administrator and UCDP Lender Administrator can manage users and accounts in Technology Manager (see job aid).
Don’t have a Corporate Administrator and need a UCDP Lender Administrator? Register in the UCDP registration portal.
