Loan Delivery Test Environment
The Loan Delivery Test Environment (LDTE) mirrors the loan delivery production application, allowing our lenders and technology solution providers to test their production-ready Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD) XML files for import, as well as test data fields for manual entry.
With new and enhanced functionality, greater transparency, and improved edit management capabilities, the LDTE makes it easier to deliver loans to Fannie Mae.

- Learn about the ULDD business rules (edits) you may receive prior to delivery in production.
- Validate your XML file to ensure it’s structured properly and that it accurately represents the MISMO schema and ULDD requirements.
- Secure environment where new commitments are transferred from production each business day (Monday – Friday) and available in LDTE the following business day.
