What's New

Reminder: June 1 effective date for updated ARM notes and riders
Special Feature Code (SFC) 785 is required for non-SOFR ARM loan deliveries when the Note and Rider contain the new fallback language.  ARM Notes and Riders were updated in February 2020, and can be found on Fannie Mae’s Legal Documents web page.

All ARM loans closed June 1, 2020 and later must use the updated Notes and Riders.
