What's New

UCD Phase 3B critical edits update

Certain Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD) Phase 3B critical edits that limit the fee enumerations allowed in three sections of the Closing Disclosure will not turn critical/fatal on Nov. 6, 2023. On Sept. 9, the impacted edits will be updated from “warning-to-fatal” to “warning” severity in our UCD Collection Solution and in the UCD Fannie Mae Connect™ reporting. All other Phase 3B critical edits will transition to critical/fatal as planned on Nov. 6.
