Get started with DU validation service
Ready to use automated validation?
Step 1:
Select and contract with one or more of our authorized verification report vendors.
- For vendors that use a Reference ID, you can begin using the DU validation service upon completed contract with the report provider.
- For those that use a Lender Loan Number from The Work Number (Equifax) or distributors of its reports, complete the setup form.
Step 2 (optional):
You must opt in to activate income and employment validation from asset reports.
- Prepare by reviewing the Lender Readiness Checklist.
- Submit the request form.
