Manufactured Home Financing

Offer more options for homeownership with single-width, multi-width, and MH Advantage homes

Manufactured homes (MH) deliver high-quality, affordable living for a wide variety of homebuyers. With median monthly housing costs around 40% lower than traditional site-built homes, MH can open more doors to homeownership. Fannie Mae offers conventional financing for a variety of MH — from budget-friendly options to Manufactured Home Advantage™ (MH Advantage®) homes with site-built features — to help more homebuyers find a home that fits their needs.

Get Ready to Expand Your MH Business in 2026: New Financing Options to Drive Growth

Building on recent expansions to MH Advantage to include single-width homes, we’re introducing powerful updates designed to help lenders capture more business and meet growing demand for manufactured housing in 2026. These enhancements make it easier to serve more borrowers, increase affordability, and grow your portfolio. Coming in 2026:
