Mission Score API
What if you could quickly and easily determine whether a loan is eligible for financial incentives that support mission-oriented lending to help inform your best execution decisions?
With the Mission Score API, lenders, and technology service providers (TSPs) can obtain loan-level all-in Mission Scores (0, 1, 2, or 3) for loans at various points across the loan life cycle. The Mission Score is used to determine the eligibility of a loan for mission-related products or to disclose the Mission Criteria Share (MCS) and Mission Density Score (MDS) of a pool of loans. By determining whether a loan is eligible with Mission Scores of 2 or higher, Whole Loan and MBS lenders may take advantage of market-based incentives that are intended to support and promote greater affordable housing opportunities and access to credit.
