UAD and Forms Redesign: Updated FAQs

The Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 and Forms Redesign team has released new Frequently Asked Questions (UAD 3.6 FAQs) as the industry moves toward the Nov. 2, 2026 UAD 3.6 mandate. 

The additional FAQs provide answers to questions received regarding construction loans, the transfer of appraisals during the transition to mandate, and more.
