Testing Availability for UAD Compliance Rules Severity Level Changes

In support of the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 and Forms Redesign initiative, on Jan. 26, 2026, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the GSEs) will be updating the severity level from “warning” to “fatal” for some Restricted Appraisal Update Report and Completion Report UAD Compliance Rules.
