Reminder: Supplemental Consumer Information Form requirement
Lenders must use the Supplemental Consumer Information Form (SCIF/Form 1103) for new conventional loans sold to the GSEs with application dates on or after March 1. Any data provided on the SCIF must also be included in each GSE’s automated underwriting system submission file.
