Updated AMIs for 2023

The 2023 area median incomes (AMIs) have been implemented in Desktop Underwriter®(DU®), Loan Delivery, and the Area Median Income Lookup Tool. There was an 7.73% average increase for 2023, meaning more borrowers may meet AMI requirements.
