ULDD Phase 4a Specification Release

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the GSEs) are updating the Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD) to align with current GSE requirements and support the continued improvement of our loan delivery standards. Fannie Mae’s updates clarify implementation notes, add a new valid value, remove an inactive valid value, and align data point conditionality to the Selling Guide for the existing ULDD Phase 3 data points.
