Servicing Notice - UGI Merger
We have issued a non-objection to the merger of Republic Mortgage Insurance Company and Republic Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation, formerly Republic Mortgage Insurance Company of North Carolina, (together RMIC) into United Guaranty Residential Insurance Company (UGI). Effective June 1, 2025, all insurance policy servicing activities in connection with RMIC-insured loans are administered by UGI.
