New Uniform Residential Appraisal Report Training
The Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) and Forms Redesign team has published the Industry’s Guide to the New URAR. The course educates all stakeholders on the dynamic appraisal reports and updated dataset. It includes the Appraisal Update Report and the Completion Report.
For appraisers seeking continuing education (CE) credit, training will be available beginning in 2025 from appraiser education providers.
