Announcement SVC-2026-03 – Servicing Guide Update

To simplify month-end processing, this month’s Servicing Guide update eliminates reporting errors for a paid-off loan after the reporting period has ended. This month’s update also incorporates the policies announced in Lender Letter LL-2026-01 directly into the Guide.
