SMDU UI Borrower-Initiated Termination of MI User Guide
This user guide provides step-by-step instructions on using the SMDU™ User Interface to perform a variety of actions related to a borrower’s request to terminate their conventional mortgage insurance (MI). These actions include:
- Evaluating a loan based on the Original Value or Current Value of the property
- Ordering a valuation
- Canceling a valuation
- Appealing a completed valuation
To access these user guides, you must be registered and have the appropriate username and password credentials for accessing the SMDU UI.
