Reminder: UCD Critical Edit Transition Phase 1 Date is July 31, 2021

As announced on May 19, 2021, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the GSEs) delayed the implementation date of the Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD) Phase 1 critical edits from May 31 to July 31, 2021. As the new Phase 1 implementation date approaches, the GSEs recognize the tremendous progress made by lenders and vendors on both the quality and the completeness of UCD data in preparation for Phase 1.
