March 28, 2014 - Fannie Mae is updating the modification terms for mortgage loans with pre-modified mark-to-market LTV ratios less than 80. It supersedes and replaces SVC-2013-28, Fannie Mae Standard Modification and Streamlined Modification Updates, in its entirety. This Announcement also updates requirements related to the Evaluation Notice, solicitation letter, and Trial Period Plan. |

February 4, 2014 - Fannie Mae has approved the acquisition of CMG Mortgage Insurance Company (CMG) and its affiliates by Arch U.S. MI Holdings, Inc. Until further notice, the MI Code and ULDD Enumerated Value used to identify loans insured by CMG remain unchanged. Fannie Mae has suspended the approval of the following affiliates of existing approved mortgage insurers--MGIC Indemnity Corporation (MIC), Radian Mortgage Assurance Inc. (RMAI), and Genworth Residential Mortgage Assurance Corporation (GRMAC). |

January 29, 2014 - This Announcement updates servicer incentive fees for repayment plans, short sales, and Mortgage Releases. The increased incentive fees will be in effect for mortgage loans that meet the stated criteria on and after March 1, 2014. |

January 8, 2014 - In Selling Guide Announcement SEL-2013-09, Pricing Update, Fannie Mae announced pricing changes as directed by the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA). On January 8, 2014, FHFA directed Fannie Mae to delay implementation of these changes until further notice. |
