Lender Interface

The layout of Loan Quality Connect's graphical user interface (GUI) is the same across user roles, although each user sees role-specific menu options. Sections of the GUI are described and labeled in the image below.

  • The Navigation Menu is collapsible to enable additional screen space. Click the X at the top of the menu next to the Fannie Mae logo to navigate using only the menu icons. Click the three straight lines when you want to restore the full menu.

  • Business Intelligence (BI) cards, found at the top of the screen, help you visualize workflow and take action relative to different tasks and time frames. For more information, see the BI Cards job aid.
  • The Search results beneath the BI cards show loan file and document requests.
  • Auxiliary features include:
    • Search (See the Using Search/Advanced Search job aid for more information.)
    • Alerts – a feature used to alert you that Fannie Mae has requested additional information or additional actions to be performed (See the Lender Action Alerts job aid for more information.)
    • Help - link to resources to aid in using the Loan Quality Connect system.
  • Logout, the down arrow next to your user login ID, opens a drop-down menu for signing out of Loan Quality Connect.
