Requirements if a Desktop Appraisal is Obtained
Enter "Desktop Appraisal" in the Appraisal Method field when a loan is delivered with a desktop appraisal.
Note: Refer to the Selling Guide for eligible transaction criteria.
The data entry requirements for Loan Delivery are provided in the table below:
