Loan Was Originated Utilizing a Field Review or Desk Review
If the seller considers an appraisal deficient, the seller may obtain a field review or a desk review of the original appraisal in order to resolve the deficiency.
The fields in the tables below are located in the Property Appraisal Information section of the Loan Detail screen in the Loan Delivery application.
