UCDP Lender Administrator Setup Overview

This process provides an existing Lender Administrator for the Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®) with the ability to manage other Users’ access to Fannie Mae technology within their organization. Authorized representatives from your organization may request a new UCDP Lender Administrator or update an existing User to UCDP Lender Administrator. By submitting the request, the representative is agreeing to be responsible for any actions taken by the administrator using Technology Manager and to periodically review the status of each UCDP Lender Administrator.

Note: To use UCDP, your company must first be set up directly with Fannie Mae. The registration process begins with an initial setup to establish your organization-level information in Fannie Mae’s system and within the UCDP portal. This setup is completed by one designated user known as the UCDP Lender Administrator. Upon completion of the initial setup, the administrator will have the ability to invite additional administrators and users to register for their own access to the portal.

Log In to Technology Manager

Follow the steps below to log in to Technology Manager.

1. Go to https://technologymanager.fanniemae.com.

Note: Alternatively, you can go to the Technology Manager page on the Fannie Mae Single Family Business Website and click the Launch App button. This page also provides additional Technology Manager resources.

2. The Technology Manager Log In screen appears. Enter the user ID and password you received from Fannie Mae and then click Sign On.

Submitting a UCDP Lender Administrator Request

As a UCDP Lender Administrator, login to Technology Manager and navigate to Manage UCDP Lender Admins.
