Reactivate a User

This procedure returns a currently deactivated user to an active state.  Once you have reactivated the user, you will need to activate applications for that user as well. For security purposes, User and SYstem IDs cannot be viewed/reactivated after 180 days in deactivated status.

Note: TheUser Administrator(UA) dashboard view will vary based on UA's assigned role.

  1. From the dashboard, select Manage Users.

  2.  TheManage Users screen appears. SelectDeactivated Users tab and click onLock Reason dropdown.

Note: Applicable list of deactivated users will appear.

  1. Narrow your search results further by selecting applicable deactivated user on list. SelectEdit Profile.
  2. TheEdit User Profile screen appears. SelectReactivate User to return the user to an active status.
