Creating a Browse Prices Template

In the Pricing & Execution – Whole Loan ® (PE – Whole Loan) application, if you regularly view, export, and/or print prices for the same sets of products, commitment periods, or other parameters, you can create and save custom browse prices templates that display these preferences without having to customize the view each time. Multiple templates can be created. A link to each template is displayed in the left function menu under the Browse Prices heading once it is created.

Note: For users with access to multiple seller-servicer numbers (branches), custom browse prices templates are visible across all branches. The Last Browsed link takes you to the last browse prices results screen searched by the user, regardless of the branch selected.  

Creating a Custom Browse Prices Template

Follow the steps to create a custom browse prices template:

  1. View prices for the desired set of products and commitment periods, as described in the Browse Prices - Mandatory, Browse Prices - Best Efforts  job aids.
  2. In the function menu on the left, under the Browse Prices heading, click Save as New Template.

  3. An empty text field appears. Type the desired name for your custom template, and then click OK.

  4. The template is saved and a link to the custom template appears under the Browse Prices heading.

Changing the Name of a Custom Browse Prices Template

Follow the steps to change the name of a custom browse prices template:

  1. In the function menu on the left, click the name of the template you want to rename.

  2. Click Edit. The text fields for all saved templates become active.

  3. Type the new name for the template in the applicable field.

  4. Click Save. The name of the template is changed in the Browse Prices template list.

Deleting a Custom Browse Prices Template

Follow the steps to delete a custom browse prices template:

  1. In the function menu on the left, click the name of a template you want to delete.
  2. Click Edit. The text fields for all saved templates become active.
  3. Click the Delete icon next to the template(s) you wish to delete.
  4. Click Save. The template is removed from the Browse Prices template list.
