This document shows you the Title Information screen.

Here are the drop-down list options for the following fields:

Manner in Which Title Will be Held	Joint Tenancy with Right of Survivorship Life Estate Sole Ownership Tenancy by the Entirety Tenancy in Common Other
Estate Will be Held in*	Fee Simple Leasehold
Trust Information	Title will be held by a Land Trust Title will be held by an Inter Vivos (Living) Trust
Indian Country Land Tenure	Fee Simple (On a Reservation) Individual Trust Land (Allottee/Restricted) Other
Other (sub-category of Indian Country Land Tenure field when value of Other is selected)	Alaska Native Corporation Land Tribal Trust Land (Off Reservation) Tribal Trust Land (On a Reservation)

Notes: WhenLeasehold is selected for Estate Will be Held in* field, an Expiration Date field appears.
