This document shows you the Declarations screens and gives information about some of the fields.

Here are the drop-down list options for the following fields:

A.1 If Yes, have you had an ownership interest in another property in the last three years? (sub-category of A. Will you occupy the property as your primary residence? field when Yes is selected.

A.1.2 How did you hold title to the property? (sub-category of A.1 If Yes, have you had an ownership interest in another property in the last three years? field whenYes is selected)
  • By yourself
  • Jointly with another person
  • Jointly with your spouse

Note: The answer to the A.1 If Yes, have you had an ownership interest in another property in the last three years? field is used in conjunction with other fields to determine the first-time home buyer status.
