Schedule of Mortgages Report

What this Report Represents: This file represents MBS Schedule of Mortgages Form 2005A.

The Primary Components of this Report: Seller Number, Servicer Number, Lender Name and Address, Report/Date and Time, Contact Information, Pool Number, CUSIP Number, Pass Through Rate, Issue Date, and all other essential information for a pool and all the loans within that specific pool.  

The Reasons to Export this Report: To view or save a record of all the essential details of all the loans within a specific pool.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Exporting this Report:

  1. From the Pool or Commitment Management pages select the Pool or Commitment Number for each pool or commitment you want to export.

  2. Click the Reports drop-down menu and select Schedule of Mortgages.

  3. Open the PDF file.

  4. The Schedule of Mortgages Report is displayed. You can "Open" or "Save" the report as a PDF.

CUSIP Number

In the new Loan Delivery application, the CUSIP field is not available on the Pool Details page for either single pools or Fannie Majors®. For Single Pools, the CUSIP number is populated on the Schedule of Mortgages report (accessible via the new Loan Delivery application and Fannie Mae Connect®), as the system receives CUSIP data when the lender selects the "Retrieve Pool Numbers" option in the new Loan Delivery application. However, for Fannie Major pools (i.e. multiple-lender pools) the process differs. Currently, there is no option to import or manually enter a CUSIP in the new Loan Delivery application. Instead, you may retrieve the CUSIP via the Pricing & Execution page on fanniemae.com ( "Pool and Delivery Loan for MBS") option.

NOTE: Although CUSIP data for Fannie Majors is not available on the Schedule of Mortgages via the new Loan Delivery application, CUSIP data is available in the Schedule of Mortgages via Fannie Mae Connect upon the Major pool being closed.
