Gender Information
Loan Delivery provides lenders the ability to enter a borrower’s gender as it appears in the loan application. One and only one Gender value is required for submission. If no Gender value was indicated on the loan application, see the Borrower Declined to Provide Demographic Information job aid.
Gender information can be found on the loan application in the Demographic Information of Borrower section as seen here.
NOTE: Refer to the Borrower Declined to Provide Demographic Information job aid for information about borrowers who did not provide a Gender value.
