Using Technology Manager Reports

To help manage users' access and password issues efficiently, Corporate Administrators and User Administrators can generate a number of reports from Technology Manager, including:

• User Access Report:  Provides information about users' access to Fannie Mae technology applications.  This report can be customized, based on user group, active/deactivated status, and application. For security purposes, User and Systems IDs cannot be viewed/reactivated after 180 days in deactivated status.
• Locked User Report:  Lists the users currently locked out of using Fannie Mae technology applications.
• Projected Inactivity and Password Expiration Report:  Lists the users currently projected to be locked out of using Fannie Mae technology applications, due to inactivity.  This report can be customized, showing only those users that will be locked out within a specified number of days.

The reports can be printed or exported to a Comma Separated Value (.csv) file.
