Reactivate TSP Product

This job aid explains how a Lender Corporate Administrator (Lender CA) may reactivate a TSP Product.

1. Go to https://technologymanager.fanniemae.com and log in. Select Manage TSP Product.
   
   
2. The Manage TSP Product screen appears. Note you may view Granted, Available, and Deactivated Product. Select the Deactivated Product tab.
   
   
3. The Reactivate Product confirmation message appears. Select Continue.
   
   
4. The Product Reactivated success message appears.
   
   
5. Go to the Manage TSP Product page and the TSP Product is now located under Granted Product.
   
   

Note: The Lender CA may select the product name and go to the Available IDs tab to assign software.
