Administrator Managed Password Reset Process

This job aid explains how to reset a password if your organization is set to Administrator Managed. 

  1. Go to the Reset My Password link.
  2. Enter your User ID and click Submit.

  3. You will receive an email with a temporary password reset link to reset your password.

  4. Click the Verify Request button to confirm your User ID and you will be navigated to set up a new password.

If you do not receive an email with the passcode:

  1. Confirm the User ID that you entered is accurate.
  2. Confirm the email address on your User Profile with your administrator.
  3. If you have not received the passcode within 15 minutes, return to step 1 and repeat steps 1 through 3.
  1. If the User is Admin Managed, the Administrators will be notified to approve the password reset request.



  2. The User will receive a notification once their Administrator has approved the request. Click the Reset Password button in the email.

  3. Enter your User ID and click Submit.

  2. Click on the Verify Request button to confirm your User ID and you will be navigated to set up a new password.

If you do not receive an email with the passcode:

  • Confirm that the User ID that you entered is accurate.
  • Confirm with your administrator that the email address in your User Profile is accurate.
  • If you have not received the passcode within 15 minutes, repeat steps 1 through 3
  1. Enter a new password per the criteria listed on the screen and click CHANGE PASSWORD.

Note: Your new password must be different than your previously used password.

  1. Your password is reset.
