Removing Access to an Application
This job aid explains how to remove access to a specific Fannie Mae technology application that is associated with a System ID. If you wish to remove all existing access privileges associated with a System ID, consider deactivating the System ID instead.
Note: For the User Administrator role, a dashboard that shows different options will appear.

From the dashboard, click the Manage System IDs link.

The Manage System IDs screen appears. Select the System ID from the Password Managed or SSH Key Managed tab. Navigate the list using the controls at the bottom of the screen. You can filter the list using the Search fields. Click a row to select an existing System ID to deactivate.

Profile information for the selected record appears.

Click the Granted Applications tab to view a list of applications that the System ID can access.

Select the application to be removed, then click MANAGE ACCESS.

The Set Up System ID Access screen appears. Click REMOVE ACCESS.

A confirmation window appears. Click CONTINUE to complete the removal of the application.
