Generate a Locked User Report

The Locked User Report lists the users currently locked out of using Fannie Mae technology applications, and the reason and date they were locked.

1. From the dashboard, click the Generate Reports link.
   
   
2. The Reports screen appears. Click the Locked User tab.
   
   
3. The Generate Lock User Report screen appears.

4. Perform one of the following two options:
   1. To see the report, click VIEW REPORT.  When the report is displayed, you can print it or save the report as a comma separated values (CSV) file.
   2. To save the report directly to the CSV format without viewing the report, click DOWNLOAD REPORT.
