Assign a Data Folder to an Application
You can assign existing data folders to an application by performing the following steps:

From the dashboard, click the Manage Applications link.
- The Manage Applications screen appears with a list of active applications. From the Active Applications list, select the application that you wish to assign the data folder to.
Note: You may place your cursor over the icons shown on the screen to read a message for the application.
- The selected application and description appear. Click the Available User Groups tab. Select the desired user group, then click MANAGE ACCESS.
- The Set Up Application screen appears. In the Available Data Folders pane, select the data folder(s) you wish to assign to the user group, then click the add arrow.
- The selected data folder(s) will be added into the Granted Data Folders pane. Click SAVE CHANGES to complete the assignment.
