Assign a Data Folder to an Application

You can assign existing data folders to an application by performing the following steps:

  1. From the dashboard, click the Manage Applications link.

  2. The Manage Applications screen appears with a list of active applications.  From the Active Applications list, select the application that you wish to assign the data folder to.

Note: You may place your cursor over the icons  shown on the screen to read a message for the application.

  1. The selected application and description appear. Click the Available User Groups tab. Select the desired user group, then click MANAGE ACCESS.
  1. The Set Up Application screen appears. In the Available Data Folders pane, select the data folder(s) you wish to assign to the user group, then click the  add arrow.

  2. The selected data folder(s) will be added into the Granted Data Folders pane. Click SAVE CHANGES to complete the assignment.
