REO Information Report

The REO Information Report is a report utilized for reviewing Manual and Bulk Uploads once they are submitted and processed overnight.  The REO Notification data is available for viewing through AMN using the View REO Information Report link as shown below. 

Properties submitted through the file upload option that have errors and are not on the View REO Information Report can be viewed on the REOGram  Batch Status Report.  This report can be submitted by loan number or by date submitted, but the Servicer ID is needed.  The report can be executed for a Servicing Group using the first 5 digits of the Servicer ID.

Note:  Any questions regarding the Primary Servicer ID or Access IDs should be directed to the Servicer’s Fannie Mae Technology Administrator.

1. Choose View REO Information Report from the AMN Main Menu under REO Notification.
   
   

2. Enter the criteria used for searching by selecting the Servicer ID from the drop-down, or entering the loan or property data, and click Printable Report or Download File.
   
   

3. The REOGram Information Report is displayed.
