Setting Up Your Contact Preferences

To enter or update your contact information in the Pricing & Execution – Whole Loan ® (PE – Whole Loan) application, select Preferences from the function menu on the left or from the User Name drop-down list in the upper-right of the screen.

  1. The Maintain Contact Email List appears. If needed, you can edit your first and last names, phone number, and/or email address(es).

  2. Click Add an Email to enter your email address.

  3. Click Add an Email again to add an email address for someone you want to receive confirmations or emails related to your commitment activity.

Note: It is suggested that you add at least two email addresses to Your Contact Information so that commitment notifications or other confirmations can be sent to multiple recipients.

Click the Delete icon to remove an email address from Your Contact Information.

  1. When you are finished, click the Update button at the bottom of the screen.
