Viewing Archived Self Reports and Voluntary Repurchase Requests

The self reporting feature in Loan Quality Connect includes an archive where you can see the actions on self reports and Voluntary Repurchase Requests that have occurred more than 30 days before the current date.

Follow these steps to open the Lender Self Report archive:

  1. After logging in to Loan Quality Connect, select Lender Self Report from the left navigation menu.


    The Lender Self Report screen appears.
  2. Click Archive.

    The Lender Self Report Archive screen opens, showing decisions Fannie Mae made on Self Reports of Compliance with Laws, Self Reports of Lender QC Findings, and Voluntary Repurchase Requests in the time frame greater than 30 days from the current date. The loans referenced in the Archive automatically populate the screen.

  3. Click either timeline – Proceed or No Action At This Time – to repopulate the bottom of the screen with the referenced loans.

  4. Click on the Proceed timeline and track the progress of the Loan Review in the Loan Review Status column.

Note: The steps to repurchase the loan will happen only after the loan goes through the QC review process.

  1. Click a specific loan to open and view the self report or Voluntary Repurchase Request. All of the information and comments are viewable in the Archive, and the decision is recorded at the bottom of the screen.
