Lender Self Report/Voluntary Repurchase Overview

The self-reporting and voluntary repurchase request processes are grouped together in Loan Quality Connect's menu navigation under the Lender Self Report button. Click Lender Self Report to create and track the status of self-reports of lender QC findings, self-reports of compliance with laws, AND voluntary repurchase requests. Anti-Fraud Suspected Activity should be reported through the self-report menu as well.

Note: Remember that Voluntary Repurchase Requests are made in Loan Quality Connect using the Lender Self Report menu option.
