Request Late Delivery

This option gives you the ability to request an extension if you believe you can correct all significant defects but need more time to do so.

Follow the steps below:

1. From anywhere on the Loan Details screen, click the Tasks tab. 
   
   
2. Click the Clock icon.
   
   
3. Enter the reason for requesting additional time, including what you plan to deliver if additional time is granted and the amount of additional time needed (i.e., 0 to 30 days). Click Save.
   
   

Note: You are returned to the Loan Details screen. Fannie Mae will notify you as of its decision and the next due date by which you must take action (to Appeal or Concur).
