QC Calibration Submitting QC Results

Submitting QC Data Results

Once the QC results data is imported and/or entered manually, the QC results data for each loan must be submitted in Loan Quality Connect. A loan's QC results must be submitted for the data to be accessible for the QC calibration. After the data is provided, the loan's Calibration Review status is "QC Results In Progress." The data needs to be confirmed prior to submission.

The Submit button is found on the QC Results screen. The user needs to confirm that the data in the lender quality control issues grid is accurate for each loan. The user can access the QC Results screen by either double-clicking on a row or highlighting a row and select the QC Results button.

Users need to review the provided data to confirm it is complete and accurate. After this review, the QC results data can be submitted.



Select the Submit button and the Confirmation pop-up window appears to complete the submission.

This step needs to be completed for each loan with a Calibration Review Status in "QC Reports in Progress" and the Calibration Review Status is updated to "QC Results Submitted" for each loan when the QC results data was submitted from the QC Results screen. The Lender QC Results Selected B1 card's 'Submitted' reflects the loan count of all submitted status loans and the Lender QC Results Requested B1 card's count is reduced.

The request for the QC results data is fulfilled when all loans in the QC Calibration Queue have a Calibration Review Status of "QC Results Submitted" and the Lender QC Results Selected B1 card's 'Submitted' status. In this example the 'Submitted' status is 30.
