QC Calibration Queue BI Cards

What BI Cards Measure

Business Intelligence (BI) cards offer a visual representation of the different tasks related to managing both the loan file documentation request as well as the QC results request for the calibration loan sample as the calibration sample moves along its timeline to completion. Timelines for task completion are known as service level agreements or SLAs. An SLA is the total number of days the lender has to complete the task.

This breakout can influence your daily workflow in that you may want to begin working on requests that are outside SLAs or near SLAs first.
