Fannie Mae Reviewer Contact Information

You can always find the contact information for the Fannie Mae reviewer working on a specific loan. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Click Resolution Queue, and then click the business intelligence (BI) card that represents the status of the specific loan. In this example, the Reaffirmed BI card is selected.

   

Note: Loans with a Reaffirmation populate the search result area below the BI cards.

2. Click the loan of your choice, and then click View – or simply double click the loan – to open the Loan Details page and perform further actions on that loan.

   

3. Click Contact Fannie Mae in the upper right corner of the screen to open the contact information.

   

4. The contact reviewer information for Fannie Mae displays in the drop-down menu.
