DVC Specialist Role

Getting Started as a DVC Specialist

Loan Quality Connect is a task-based system. All system tasks are associated with a corresponding role. The DVC Specialist role has the ability to view and respond to any request submitted by the DVC team when performing a data only review, submit a self-report, and view dashboard reports.

When you log in as a DVC Specialist, select the DVC Response Queue from the left navigation menu. The DVC Response Queue will display all active DVC requests. The requests are listed by activity and SLA.
