First-time User?
If you are a first-time user, contact the Technology Manager Administrator at your company to register for Loan Quality Connect and get your login credentials. Once registered, you will be able to change your password and update your personal profile using Technology Manager.
If you have already set up Multifactor verification method to access the system, please follow the instruction in the user guide, How to Set Up Multifactor Authentication.
The Technology Manager Administrator also has the ability to suspend access to Loan Quality Connect. Managers need to contact their Technology Manager Administrator to remove a user's access.
Note: Loan Quality Connect will automatically make a user inactive after the user has not logged into the system for 90 days.
