What this Report Represents: This file opens as an Excel spreadsheet, by default, which contains a preview of pricing information for Whole Loans. The values provided are provisional and subject to change, as they assume that the loan will be purchased on the date of the last run of edits. The final values may change if the date of purchase or other delivery data changes.

The Primary Components of this Report: Seller Number, Servicer Number, Commitment Number, Payee Code, Lender Loan Number, Fannie Mae Loan Number, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Purchase UPB, Amount Disbursed, Purchase Price, LLPA Total Fee Percent, LLPA Total, Net Funding SRP, Interest Purchased, LLPA Rules Applied, Proceeds Calculation Date.

The Reasons to Export this Report: The report allows you to sort, filter, and store the data in the order that is most convenient for you and your colleagues, share the information downstream to others in the company, and enter it into your own systems. Saving the data in this format also provides the ability to analyze the trends and perform your own analysis to determine the quality of the loans.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. From the Commitment Management pages, select the Commitment Number for each commitment you want to export.

  1.  Click Export and select Loan Level Pricing CSV.
  2. Download the report.
