Declining a Data Revision

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Click Action Required next to the Data Revision to access the Loan Details page to review the data revision.

  1. If after you carefully compare the data revision to the copy of the note or your loan origination system, and determine the loan certification is incorrect, choose to decline the data revision. 

  1. Click Yes to decline the revision. 

  1. Contact the custodian directly to discuss and resolve the issue.
