Every day, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Loan modifications that close between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. ET will bridge to Investor Reporting the following night. Files are processed Monday through Saturday. No processing occurs Sunday. Due to SIR Loanfinder maintenance, HSSN Case creation will be unavailable from 8 p.m. to midnight ET on the second business day of each month.

Cash Remittance System

You may edit any draft requests until 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the business day preceding the effective draft date.

Loan Delivery ALERT:

Due to system maintenance, Loan Delivery will have the following impacts:

Users may receive Loan Delivery edit 3099 or 3999 from 7:00 a.m. ET until 12:00 p.m. ET Saturday, April 13, 2024.

Servicing Management Default Underwriter (SMDU) ALERT:
